Purdue Prof. Timothy Rogers selected by NAE to attend prestigious national symposium

Timothy Rogers, associate professor in Purdue University’s Elmore Family School of Electrical and Computer Engineering, is among the highly accomplished early-career engineers selected by the National Academy of Engineering (NAE) to participate in the 2024 Grainger Foundation Frontiers of Engineering Symposium to be held in Irvine, Calif., Sept. 11-14.

Every year, members of Purdue Formula SAE design and build an open-wheel formula style race car to compete at the national level. The team placed 8th out of more than 100 competitors at the 2024 competition.
