What inspired you to get into engineering?

My childhood hobbies. When I was a kid, I was fascinated with building Legos. In particular, I liked to build things out of my mind and I never followed the instruction manuals. Nowadays, doing research in engineering gives me the same feeling as playing with Legos. To me, engineering is like playing.
