Professor David Ebert has been elected by the IEEE Computer Society membership as 2015 Second Vice President. He will begin his 1 year term on January 1, 2015. As an officer and member of the Board of Governors, the Second Vice President's role is integral to setting the direction and determining the strategy for the Computer Society, and provides guidance at the policy level to all Society organizational entities.
