ECE Graduate Student John Wilcox received the Best in Session Presentation Award at the TECHCON 2012 Conference by the Semiconductor Research Corporation in Austin, Texas. His paper was titled "Reducing the Temperature Coefficients of Silicon and Amorphous Silicon Heterojunction Solar Cells." His advisor is Professor Jeff Gray.
