Graduate Student Jiangjiang Gu wins 2012 SISC Ed Nicollian Best Student Paper Award.
His submission was entitled "Performance and Variability Breakthrough for LaAlO3/InGaAs Gate-all-around Nanowire MOSFETs with Ultra-thin Al2O3 Passivation." He is advised by Professor Peide "Peter" Ye.
Graduate Student Jiangjiang Gu has won the 2012 SISC Ed Nicollian Best Student Paper Award for his submission entitled: "Performance and Variability Breakthrough for LaAlO3/InGaAs Gate-all-around Nanowire MOSFETs with Ultra-thin Al2O3 Passivation". SISC refers to IEEE Semiconductor Interface Specialist Conference. SISC and Nicollian Award has a long history back to the start of MOS research. He is advised by Professor Peide Ye.
