Graduate Student Seung Hyun Park has won a best poster award at the IEEE NMDC conference on Jeju Isand, Korea.  The title of the poster was "Contact Modeling and Analysis of InAs HEMT Transistors".  Co-authors and award winners are Hong-Hyun Park, Mehdi Salmani-Jelodar, Sebastian Steiger, Michael Povolotsky, Tillmann Kubis, and Gerhard Klimeck.  There were 12 awards out of about 170 posters. Seung Hyun Park is advised by Professor Gerhard Klimeck.
