Project: Investigating the functional effects of environmental challenges on laryngeal physiology

Environmental challenges such as pollutants are implicated in causing voice disorders. This project seeks to elucidate the biomechanical, acoustic, molecular and cellular mechanisms by which everyday challenges compromise vocal fold physiology and voice production.
