Project: Optimizing Operating Room Efficiency

We have identified key planning scenarios of interest to perioperative leaders, in order to develop and apply optimization software solving key planning issues in the operative setting. We are developing tools for planning and assessing alternate solutions for improved OR efficiency.

Project: Improving Healthcare Systems for Access to Care and Efficiency

Despite implementation of HIT, key information is often not readily available when needed to influence work processes or improve efficiency and quality. We are working with clinics to identify existing barriers and facilitators to streamlining enrollment, scheduling and efficiency, and to develop and implement efficient business process management.
