Why did you choose Aeronautics and Astronautics?
I've always been super interested in space and knew that I wanted to work on spacecraft. Studying AAE has allowed me to grow my expertise in my specific passions.

Best event or organization you’ve participated in within AAE?
I've been to a few Astronaut guest speaker events through AAE, which I've really enjoyed. Each Astronaut had a very unique and interesting stories.

Best event or organization you’ve participated in outside of AAE?
Navy ROTC

Why did you want to be an AAE Ambassador?
I love everything about AAE and wanted to be able to show anyone who is interested how wonderful, challenging, and rewarding this program is for students.

Favorite place on campus?
Grassy areas by the Engineering Fountain

Favorite class you’ve taken thus far and why?
AAE 340 - dynamic and vibrations. I really liked the math of the class and I thought it was really well taught.

What is one piece of advice you would give to a potential AAE student?
Your friends will always be your best resource, not just in academics. Lean on them when school and life gets hard. But also go on adventures with them.

Who is someone you look up to in the Aero/Astro industry and why?
My father has worked in the aerospace industry his entire career. I've loved seeing his hard work and passion that he has put into his work - he inspired me to pursue engineering.

What motivates you to succeed?
Curiosity about the depths of space and the idea that we have so much left to learn about the universe.

What is your ultimate career goal?
I want to be a researcher on nuclear rocket propulsion.

What do you like to do when you’re not studying/in the lab or classroom?
I love to watch the Bengals and Reds. I love to hike, climb, and adventure outdoors. And I love board/video game nights with my friends.
