Computational Facilities
Purdue University computing facilities are among the largest and most varied academic computing resources in the nation, with systems ranging from supercomputers to microcomputers.
The College of Engineering provide a very extensive research and instructional computing environment through the Engineering Computer Network (ECN). This network provides support for over 1200 stations that include terminals, workstations, and PCs. Within the School there are two computational laboratories that include Sun workstations (for computational research in materials processing) and personal computers (for classwork).
