Congratulations to Dr. Hannah Fowler for successfully completing her PhD under the guidance of Professors John Blendell and Carol Handwerker! Dr. Fowler’s research focused on microalloying for stable low temperature solder microstructure and reliable heterogeneous integration. These alloys are used in electronic circuit boards to create electrical and mechanical connections between different components. Dr. Fowler has accepted a staff scientist position at Sandia National Laboratories in Albuquerque, NM.
