Dr. Duo Huang successfully completes his PhD!

Congratulations to Dr. Duo Huang who has successfully completed his PhD! Dr. Huang was advised by Professors Matthew Krane and David Johnson, and his research focused on thermomechanical modeling of the cooling process of steel coupled with phase transformation. The model he developed can provide predictions of temperature history, phase evolution and stress development under different cooling conditions, which can be used for simulation of heat treatment of steel products.
