SEEE also serves to strengthen professional and personal networks by inviting accomplished guest speakers to SEEE meetings. One of the unique undergraduate activities SEEE members participated in this past year was touring the Whirlpool ReNEWW house, which showed members sustainable living practices implemented within the house. SEEE helps to expand interest in EEE programs through outreach programs overseen by Associate Director of Advising, Tammi Thayer. The organization prides itself on participation with over half of all EEEs being active members and helping the EEE program grow.
