Project Track Degree Requirements (Students Starting Before Fall 2023)
Ideas to Innovation courses: All students in the project track must complete Ideas-to-Innovation I-III, a 3-semester course sequence focused on an intensive design project and professional development exercises:
- Fall: Ideas to Innovation I (3 credits)
- Spring: Ideas to Innovation II (3 credits)
- Summer or Fall: Ideas to Innovation III (2 credits)
Degree requirements:
- Total credit hours: 30, including at least 15 credit hours of graduate-level ECE credits; includes the Ideas to Innovation courses

- Ideas to Innovation I, II, and III
- Communication for Engineering Leaders
- ENTR 50000, Entrepreneurship
- Required ECE core course: 1 (3 credit hours)
- Required math course: 1 (3 credit hours)
