There are a range of exciting interdisciplinary projects available in the Hybrid Integrated Quantum Photonics Lab, Birck Nanotechnology Center.

The research projects involve:

- Design and simulation of photonic nano-structures

- Using the state-of-the-art Birck Nanotechnology Center to fabricate photonic devices

- Optical characterization and investigation of quantum optical phenomena in hybrid photonic systems

- Numerical simulation of coherent light-atom interactions and nano-optomechanical systems
