Description:

Microsoft Station Q Purdue is looking for post-doctoral associates to study low temperature transport phenomena in hybrid superconductor/semiconductor devices. These positions will focus on the investigation of  fundamental electronic properties of systems with potential relevance to topological quantum computation in which strong spin-orbit coupling is combined with superconductivity.

 

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will be familiar with fabrication of

mesoscopic devices and small signal electrical measurements in

a dilution refrigerator. Basic knowledge of superconductivity is

also desirable.
