Biography: I began working for FAST as an intern in the summer of 2009 and continued to work part time with them until I graduated in the winter of 2010 from Rose-Hulman with a degree in biomedical engineering. FAST was founded in 2006, so I joined a few years in, although they were still very early in the research and development phase. In my five years with FAST I have worn many “hats”, as a company of four employees everyone has to multitask. Engineering is one, but also regulatory, quality and administrative.
