Michelle Steinbarger, Awards Chair, surprised both staff members in their office by "tapping" them and presenting them with a certificate. The Rose Awards are given to clerical and service staff workers who always go above and beyond the call of duty. Kathryn and Jo were nominated by BME senior Ben Winski, who works with them on development projects for the School.

Kathryn is the Development Secretary in the Weldon School, and Jo is the Intra and Extramural Relations Administrator.
