Visitors

1. Visitors must first complete the COVID-19 On-Site Safety Training

2. Once complete, host faculty will receive confirmation from REM about their visitor's completed training.

3. Finally, submit a completed Purdue Campus Visitor Safety Checklist to Dave Bahr at dfbahr@purdue.edu and Aury Ku akublanc@purdue.edu.
