Paper by Graduate Student Yui-Hong Matthias Tan and alumnus Dr. Muhammad Usman featured in Nanotechweb.org

Nanotechweb.org, a global portal of the nanotechnology community with more than 55,000 visitors monthly, invited Usman and Tan for a featured news article on their modeling work of quantum dot devices. Dr. Muhammad Usman is an ECE alumnus (PhD’10) and currently working at the Tyndall National Institute, Ireland. Yui-Hong Matthias Tan is a PhD student with Professor Gerhard Klimeck.
