Grad Student Bin Zhao receives ICME 2013 Travel Grant Award

Grad student Bin Zhao has been awarded the IEEE International Conference on Multimedia & Expo (ICME) Travel Grant Award. Travel Grants are awarded to applicants who have a strong track record on ICME 2013 related research and a genuine need for support, while quality of the accepted paper(s) is also taken into consideration. Bin Zhao is currently the Vice President of ECEGSA (ECE Graduate Student Association). His PhD research is focused in the area of image/video processing and analysis. He is advised by Professor Edward Delp. 

The ICME has been the flagship multimedia conference sponsored by four IEEE societies. It serves as a forum to promote the exchange of the latest advances in multimedia technologies, systems, and applications from both the research and development perspectives of IEEE Circuits and Systems, Communications, Computer, and Signal Processing communities.
