Reaching out to your Primary Advisor or scheduling a meeting in BoilerConnect with them will be the best thing to do. In most instances, your Primary Advisor is a great 1st contact, if they don’t know the answer, they can point you to someone who will.
Directions for scheduling a meeting in BoilerConnect

To Schedule an Appointment:
- Students can schedule in person in ET 309
- Students can use the QR code below
- Direct link to make an appointment via Boiler Connect: https://qrco.de/bdGpKl
Steps to schedule once the link or QR Code is used:
- Log into the system using your Purdue username and password (confirm 2 push notification via Duo or relevant approval)
- From the main Boiler Connect page, select “schedule an appointment” on the right
- Select “Purdue in Indianapolis” as the care unit

Select one of the following location options: (Likely based on the college of the student)
- Indy Academic Advising

University Undergraduate Academic Advising (UUAA) – For Director of Advising appointments
*Please note that multiple student services in Indy could also be selected
- Select the service that is being requested (For example, academic and career planning, academic notice, CODO, personal concerns)
- Select the meeting type (virtual or in person)
- Based on the location option above, choose the academic advisor that is being requested for the appointment to see their availability and to select a time for meeting
- Once day and time are selected, click save appointment to confirm
