           Description: PC Krause and Associates, Inc. 
           (PCKA) has immediate openings for full-time 
           Lead and Senior Lead Engineers. The positions 
           require understanding and experience in the 
           design, modeling, analysis, and/or 
           prototyping
of electrical, mechanical, and/or 
           thermal systems used in military and 
           commercial aircraft, ships, or vehicles. 
           Direct responsibilities include 1) 
           performing/overseeing research projects in 
           modeling, simulation and analysis of 
           large-scale multi-disciplinary systems 
           involving multiple design teams (companies), 
           2) hardware design, prototyping and testing 
           for model validation, and 3) 
           interaction/supervision of research team 
           members, vendors, contractors, government 
           laboratories, universities and students. Some 
           U.S. travel will be required. PhD or M.S. in 
           Electrical, Mechanical, or Aeronautical 
           Engineering is preferred. Proficient with 
           MATLAB/Simulink and C/C++ is desired. 
           Applicant must be capable of
 obtaining a U.S. 
           Security Clearance and able to pass an 
           extended background investigation for this 
           position. Salary is commensurate with
