I run a small defense contractor business with most of our work in the DC area. Because our work is classified, all of our employees must be US citizens. The areas that we focus on are analytical aspects of RF/radar/control systems/signal processing/stochastic processes/C++ programming/real time spectral operations/electromagnetics. I currently have needs for at least four PhD EE’s coming out of grad school or recent graduates. Our work is so interesting and challenging that rarely does anyone leave once they start working in these specialty areas. Over the past few years I have worked with several PhD’s from Purdue and they have always been outstanding performers. Thanks for your consideration.
