Jesse Jokerst, Professor of NanoEngineering at the University of California - San Diego will present "Basic Research and Translational Efforts for (Photo)acoustic Ultrasound in Medicine."

The Weldon School of Biomedical Engineering will host a Prospective BME Faculty Seminar on Wednesday, February 2nd, at 9:30 a.m. in MJIS 1001 and via Zoom. Connie Wu, the NIH F32 Ruth L. Kirschstein Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Department of Pathology, Harvard Medical School and Brigham and Women's Hospital will present "Tackling Disease-associated Biomolecules: From RNA Therapeutics to Single-molecule Detection."

William T. Freeman, the Thomas and Gerd Perkins Professor of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (EECS) at Massachusetts Institute of Technology will present the Purdue Engineering Distinguished Lecture Series: The Moon Camera via Zoom on January 26th.

Daniel L. Gonzales, PhD, the HHMI Hanna Gray Postdoctoral Fellow in BME at Purdue will present a seminar entitled "Flexible electrode technologies for mapping activity from the brain surface" on Wednesday, January 26, at 9:30 a.m. in MJIS 1001.

Ines Gonzalez-Casanova, PhD, Assistant Professor of Applied Health Science at Indiana University, Bloomington, will present a virtual seminar on Monday, January 24, from 12:00-1:00 pm.

Dr. Jiang Yang, Research Professor of CPB will present a special seminar on Thursday, January 20th.

Lee E. Voth-Gaeddert, PhD, PE, REHS, ASEP, Executive Director of the Infonomics Lab, will present the EEE Research Seminar on January 25 at 10:30 a.m. in POTR 234 (Fu Room).
