Creation: An early-stage mouse embryo was captured by a widefield microscope at 40X magnification through immunofluorescence techniques. Target proteins were tagged and probed with antibodies to study calcium signaling-dependent events during embryo development. Proteins labeled: Tiam1 (green); CaMKII-gamma (red); Filamentous actin (magenta); and DNA (blue)
