Why I chose Purdue?
I ended up choosing Purdue because of both the engineering program and the campus atmosphere. I grew up hearing about Purdue’s awesome reputation in engineering, so I knew I had to at least apply here. It was my campus visit that really sealed the deal – the people were welcoming and there was a wide variety of activities to choose from.

Why I chose Engineering and BME?
The first I’d heard of BME was during the college application process. I knew I wanted to major in engineering, but wasn’t really sure of which kind. I started looking into BME and ultimately decided that I wanted to pursue engineering in the medical field.
