Dr. Linnes is a Lecturer and Instructional Laboratory Coordinator. He received his PhD in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Washington and began working for the Weldon School in July 2020. Dr. Linnes runs the sophomore level laboratory courses in the Weldon School of Biomedical Engineering. He is also part of the undergraduate curriculum committee and runs the Student Resource Center in BME. His personal affiliations include BMES, Society for Biomaterials, and IEEE. In his free time he enjoys swimming, racquetball, gold, hiking, weightlifting, cooking, and laser cutting.
