Asif Ansari, Ph.D. has over 20 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry in leading multifunctional and global teams in developing product lifecycle strategies and providing technical and regulatory support for full-scale commercial and clinical biologics manufacturing. After 5 years with Bayer as a process engineer, he has held site and global positions of increasing responsibility with Pfizer since 2005.
Ansari is currently the Technical Portfolio Lead-Vaccines in the Global Technology & Engineering group within Pfizer’s Global Supply organization where he also supported Pfizer’s COVID vaccine project. He is a proud graduate of Purdue’s Department of Chemical Engineering, receiving his B.S. in 1995, and he received his Ph.D. from Carnegie Mellon University in 2000.
