The Craver Award is presented to young molecular spectroscopists working in applied analytical vibrational spectroscopy. Dr. Cheng was the unanimous selection of this year's committee.

The award will be presented at SciX2015, to be held in Providence, RI, between September 27th and October 2nd. Cheng will give a plenary lecture at the meeting and will organize a half-day symposium connected to the conference.
