MSE to Welcome Dean Christopher Schuh for Winchell Distinguished Lecture

The Purdue University School of Materials Engineering will host Dean and John G. Searle Professor Christopher Schuh from Northwestern University on Monday, January 26, 2026, at 3:30 PM as part of the Winchell Distinguished Lecture Series.
Schuh will present a lecture titled “Unlocking Shape Memory in Ceramics with Microstructure Design, Lattice Engineering, and Data Science,” exploring innovative approaches to shape‐memory behavior in advanced ceramic materials.
