Dr. Michael Taejoon Park has successfully completed his PhD! Dr. Park’s research focused on the design of correlated oxide thin films through hydrogen doping and the development of solid-state thin film devices for beyond CMOS computing. The device he studied can perform multiple electronic functions such as artificial neurons, synapses, resistors, and memcapacitors, which will provide design flexibility in various AI hardware applications. Dr. Park was advised by Professor Shriram Ramanathan.
