Congratulations to Mr. Brandon Wells on successfully completing his MS degree under the advisement of Professor Carlos Martinez! Brandon’s research focused on modeling the collection stage of an encapsulation process in COMSOL multiphysics where he replicated the conditions of a previous encapsulation study to better analyze the failure modes observed during capsule production and inform the design of future encapsulation systems. He has accepted a position with Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory.
