IR camouflage: Quantum material discovery

Infrared cameras detect people and other objects by the heat they emit. Now, Purdue MSE professor,
Shriram Ramanathan is part of a team of engineers and collaborators that has discovered a quantum
material that can hide a target by masking its heat properties.
