Making Stuff: Materials Science and Engineering on NOVA

Beginning January 19, 2011 PBS will broadcast a four part series titled, "Making Stuff" focusing on materials that are stronger, smaller, cleaner and smarter. Purdue Materials Engineering has contributed to advances in each of these topics.
Beginning January 19, 2011 the PBS series NOVA will begin broadcasting the four part series Making Stuff hosted by the NY Times technology columnist David Pogue.  The four episodes focus on materials that are  Stronger, Smaller, Cleaner and Smarter.  Purdue Materials Engineering and a broad range of Purdue science, technology and engineering folks all contribute to advances in each of these topics and Purdue's School of Materials Engineering (MSE) is a leading producer of graduates with materials science and engineering expertise.
