This could be patient flow in a healthcare setting, building supply chain resiliency, logistics, or how information is disseminated. The Edwardson School of Industrial Engineering was built on the trailblazing work of Alan Pritsker in discrete event simulations, Moshe Barash in manufacturing processes, W. Dale Compton in healthcare systems, and James Solberg in intelligent manufacturing systems.
