Prof. Aly El Gamal co-authors book on information theory of interference management in wireless networks

Prof. Aly El Gamal has co-authored the book "Interference Management in Wireless Networks: Fundamental Bounds and the Role of Cooperation." The book details an information-theoretic approach to minimizing interference in 5G wireless networks.

Prof. Aly El Gamal has co-authored the book "Interference Management in Wireless Networks: Fundamental Bounds and the Role of Cooperation." The book details an information-theoretic approach to minimizing interference in 5G wireless networks. It was published by Cambridge University Press.

The co-author of the book is Venugopal V. Veeravalli, the Henry Magnuski Professor in the ECE Department at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where he also holds appointments with the Department of Statistics, the Coordinated Science Laboratory and the Information Trust Institute.
