Graduate Student Heng Wu wins Best in Session Award in III-V & GE MOSFETS at TECHCON 2015

Graduate Student Heng Wu has received the Best in Session Award in the III-V & GE MOSFETS session at the TECHCON 2015 Conference in Austin, Texas. His presentation was titled "Hetero-integrated III-V 3D CMOS on InAs/GaSb ".

His thesis is “Non-Silicon CMOS Devices and Circuits on High Mobility Channel Materials: Germanium and III-V”. He is advised by Professor Peide D. Ye.
