ECE Nanoelectronic Modeling students have won 2nd prize in a student poster competition at the Nanoelectronic Research Initiative (NRI) review of the MIND center (Midwest Institute for Nanoelectronics Discovery) at Notre Dame on Aug. 15, 2012. The authors are Z. Jiang, Yu He, K. Miao, Y. Tan, M. Povolotskyi, T. Kubis, and G. Klimeck. The title of the poster was "Quantum Transport in Tunneling Field Effect Transistors".
