Professor Maryam Saeedifard to speak at National Academies of Engineering 2011 EU-US Frontiers of Engineering Symposium
Approximately 60 outstanding engineers under the age of 45 will meet by invitation only for an intensive 2 1/2 day symposium to discuss cutting-edge developments in four areas: Sustainable Cities, Manufacturing...The Future, Smart Grid, and Networks in Biology.
Professor Maryam Saeedifard has been invited to speak at the National Academies of Engineering 2011 EU-US Frontiers of Engineering Symposium. The Symposium will be held November 3-5, 2011, in Irvine, California. About 60 outstanding engineers under the age of 45 will meet for an intensive 2-1/2 day symposium to discuss cutting-edge developments in four areas: Sustainable Cities, Manufacturing . . .The Future, Smart Grid, and Networks in Biology. The event is intended to facilitate international and cross-disciplinary research collaboration, promote the transfer of new techniques and approaches across disparate engineering fields, and encourage the creation of a transatlantic network of world-class engineers.
