ECE students Jianfang Zhu and Wenwen Chai have received awards for their papers submitted to the Best Student Paper competition at the IEEE International Symposium of Antenna and Propagation.

Jianfang's paper was selected as a finalist and will compete for the Best Paper Award in July.

Wenwen's paper received an Honorable Mention Award.

Both students will receive $1000. The conference is the premium conference on electromagnetics, where 161 student papers were submitted.

Jianfang and Wenwen are advised by Professor Dan Jiao.
