Professors David Love and William Chappell, along with former student Yuehui Ouyang, have won the 2009 Jack Neubaurer Memorial Award, which recognizes the best systems paper published in the IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology. They receive $500 and a certificate, which will be presented at the VTS Annual Conference.

Their paper is titled "Body-Worn Distributed MIMO System".
