ECE Graduate Student Yuri Kubo wins Astronaut Foundation Scholarship

Yuri Kubo, a graduate student in the School of Electrical & Computer Engineering, is the 2009-10 academic year winner of a $10,000 Astronaut Foundation Scholarship. Yuri was one of two students nominated from Purdue for prestigious award, and the only winner from Purdue.

Yuri Kubo, a graduate student in the School of Electrical & Computer Engineering, is the 2009-10 academic year winner of a $10,000 Astronaut Foundation Scholarship.  Yuri was one of two students nominated by faculty for this prestigious award from Purdue University. Yuri is also a recipient of a Charles C.Chappelle Fellowship for the 2009-10 academic year.
