Graduate student Sumeet Gupta has received a 2009 Intel Fellowship. He is studying under Professor Kaushik Roy.

His research involves modeling and optimization of a semiconductor device structure that is expected to exhibit reduced short channel effects even for highly scaled channel lengths. This research also includes circuit analysis of such devices for low power applications.
