Derinda Ehrlich is a sought-after and high-energy facilitator, speaker and author on topics of performance excellence and change leadership. She has been leading people through complex change for more than two decades in global operations and process transformation initiatives in the software and technology industries, as well as for trade associations and not-for-profit organizations.

Derinda brings her hands-on, practical experience in Prosci’s structured approach to change management to her role as a Prosci Master Instructor. Presenting and teaching the Prosci methodology to large and small organizations across a variety of markets and businesses, Derinda is known as an energetic, relatable storyteller who weaves her sense of humor into every engagement. 

Before joining Prosci, Derinda was the VP of Channel and Corporate Services for APICS, the leading global association for Supply Chain and Operations Management. Prior to APICS, Derinda was the Vice President of Global Operational Excellence at Avnet, Inc. She began her career at Motorola where she worked in a variety of engineering roles. She was also an MBA Industry Advisory Board Member at the University of Arizona and is a founding member of the Association of Change Management Professionals.

She earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management. Her credentials include Certified Change Manager, Certified Production and Inventory Management, Certified Supply Chain Professional, and Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
