Where do you work and what is your title?

I work in Comcast’s West Division organization in the Advanced Engineering department as a Senior Manager for the Core Video team.

What is your area of interest within ECE?

My areas of interest range from communications to low-power circuits to computer engineering; honestly, detailing every area of interest for me within ECE might make for an overlong list!

Why did you choose Purdue for your MSECE?

The program at Purdue provides a broad array of interest areas and course selection all contained within a fully online environment.

What do you like about the program?

I’m also continually impressed by the diversity and quality of both the professors as well as the students with whom I study.

How will earning the MSECE help you reach your career goals?

For my current employer, the MSECE program helps identify me as an individual interested in developing myself both personally and professionally.

What advice would you give to a prospective student interested in the online MSECE?

Don’t hesitate. Jump in and give a course that interests you a try right away! Developing the perfect plan of study and finalizing your areas of focus will be made easier with input from the students and faculty you meet within the program.
