Navigating Identity in Grad School
The Office of Graduate Diversity Initiatives (OGDI) invites you to join us for "Navigating Identity in Grad School" with guest speaker and published author Genevieve Negrón Gonzales during National Hispanic Heritage Month.
Dr. Negrón Gonzales is known for her published books "The Latinx Guide to Graduate School (2023)" and "Encountering Poverty: Thinking and Acting in an Unequal World (2016)".
In this talk, she will share some of her experiences as a first-generation Latina in academia. There will be a Q&A session after her presentation.
