Cooperative Education (Co-op)

Cooperative Education (Co-op) experiences offer numerous benefits for students looking to gain real-world experience before they graduate. For an employer, it provides the opportunity to hire highly motivated students whose career objectives are directly related to the job.

A co-op position typically involves students completing 3-5 work sessions with the same employer or a longer project of 6 months to a year. The students can work on more projects and take on increasingly responsible roles.

A co-op is a great way to ensure your hiring pipeline is robust.
