Thank you for your support during Purdue's first Day of Giving!
Weldon School alumni, faculty, staff, and friends worked together to make Purdue’s first Day of Giving an overwhelming success for the School. The Day of Giving
was a 24-hour online and social media event that occurred on April 30, 2014, and featured stories about student affordability and accessibility, among other areas. The Weldon School received a total of $829,743, which was 12% of the overall $7.5 million raised by Purdue and the third highest amount received by participating units across campus.
Thank you for so generously supporting the next generation of biomedical engineers at the Weldon School. The funds raised were allocated to the Weldon Innovation Fund, which will directly support current and future students at the Weldon School.
If you missed your opportunity to donate on Purdue Day of Giving, you can still give at https://engineering.purdue.edu/BME/AboutUs/Giving or contact Brian Knoy, (765) 494-6241, or BJKnoy@prf.org.
Mark your calendars! We hope you will join us again on Purdue’s next Day of Giving on April 30, 2015.
