The Indiana University O'Brien Center presents "From Basic Informatics to Machine Learning," a hands-on, interactive tutorial to harness th epower of kidney single cell and spatial transcriptomics data on Monday, December 2 and Tuesday, December 3 from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. via Zoom.

Day One includes: (1) Intro to single-cell multi-omics and spatial transcriptomics, (2) Intro to biological analysis of the kidney (hands on) and (3) Localizing cells within spatial niches (hands on).

Day Two includes (1) use ChatGPT and machine learning in single-cell studies, (2) scRNA-seq model training using svGNN 3.0 and ChtGPT (hands on), (3) Single-cell multiome analysis using DeepMAPS (hands on) and (4) Spatial variable gene expression (hands on).

Speakers include Juexin Wang, PhD (Indiana University), Qin Ma, PhD (The Ohio State University), Ricardo Meio Ferreira, PhD (Indiana University), Mingyao Li (University of Pennsylvania), Dong Xu (University of Missouri), and Miohael Eadon, MD (Indiana University).
